It’s hard to live the fullness of life when your heart is hurting. We slip into distrust and reticence and opportunities can quickly pass us by for love and happiness and even abundance. A full and open heart is the key to having it all, yet to have it all, you need to learn to let go and forgive.

Letting go doesn’t have to be hard, use this CD to soothe the pain in your heart as you reconnect to the brilliance of the person that is you.

Remember that an inability to forgive is ultimately hurting you more than anyone else: you may even find the person(s) at issue have forgotten and/or moved on. Looking for revenge or pain to be shared keeps you stuck in the past and creates a wall to you truly loving the life you live in now. Every day is a new beginning, don’t keep choosing to keep the pain from the past in your today. Choose to heal and to let go as you invite time to begin again for you!
